Fiberglass Combo Mat is a complex of woven roving and chopped strands. The unit weight of woven roving is 300-1000g/m2, and the chopped layer is 100-600 g/ m2, and the width is 100mm-3000mm.
This fabric is suitable for Polyester resin, Epoxy resin, Vinyl resin, and Phenolic resin.

FIBERGLASS COMPOSITES FABRIC:

Glass fiber composite mat is made of glass fiber-free roving arranged in a one-way parallel, the outermost layer is cut into glass fiber roving or short-cut mat of a certain length, and is sewn with organic fiber.
Mainly used for FRP pullout RTM forming, hand lay-up molding, and other processes, the end products are mainly FRP hull, car shell, plate, profile, and so on.
Fiber structure can be designed to provide high strength in a certain direction;
The fiber is not easy to produce displacement and deformation, easy to operate;
Fabric without any binder, easy to soak;
The compounding of the structure can reduce layering and effectively improve production efficiency.

Packaging Details
Fiberglass woven roving combo mat is usually rolled in a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm. The roll is warped with plastic film, then put into a carton. Lay the rolls horizontally, and can be loaded on pallets and bulk in containers.

Standard width in 1250mm, 1270mm, and other sizes depending on customer’s real needs, available in 200mm to 2600mm.
